Eric D. Capehart

Eric D. Capehart is a dynamic and life-changing professional. He has an undergraduate degree in Speech Communications, a master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with ten years of Coaching experience. In 2007, he founded All The King's Men Mentoring Organization, where he was CEO for eleven years.

He has more than 6,000 hours of professional practice and is an experienced keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and corporate trainer. He is the author of several books including, The Miracle Maker. Uncovering The Hidden Miracles in Mentorship.

Holly Grathoff

Holly is a Professional Coach trained by the Co-Active Coaching Institute, a Dare to Lead™ trained facilitator based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, and an MG Taylor DesignShop® Method Practitioner. Trained in many disciplines, Holly’s counter note to the seriousness of leadership work is always curiosity. Keeping her own and her clients’ minds wide-open make space to stay creative and values-focused while allowing time for connection and renewal.

Eric L. Cox

Eric L. Cox, former AVP of Training & Development for American Addiction Centers, has more than twenty years of practical experience in sales, training & development, leadership (both personal leadership and leading teams), coaching & consulting.

 Eric received his bachelors in communications and his masters in organizational management, with a project management specialty.

Certified as a life coach, meditation practitioner/teacher, and trainer/facilitator, Eric works with clients to find peace and balance so each can more clearly create the life of their dreams. He guides clients through his  Seven step framework for unlocking untapped potential and setting and reaching goals.

Eric is the author of SIGN UP! (Set Intentional Goals Now to Unlock Your Potential): 10 Interactive Lessons to Take Your Goals from the Starting Line to Across the Finish Line. He's also released eleven guided meditation tracks, available through his website or across all major music platforms– EricLCox.com. Additionally, he is co-owner of a photo booth company with his partner– E&J’s Photobooth (EandJsphotobooth.com).

Denise Knowles

Denise Knowles, also known as the D.U.E Over Coach, is a certified life coach whose mission is to assist others in their personal journey. Her experiences, heart to help others, and gift of storytelling, coupled with her knowledge about life, love, relationships, parenting, and business are reflected in every coaching session, workshop, and event she facilitates.  

Her passion for helping people who have been underserved has provided her the opportunity to work for the Nashville based nonprofit organization, Street Works, where she serves as SPF Rx Outreach Coordinator to those affected by HIV/AIDS on the inner-city streets of Nashville. 

Denise is a speaker and published author, whose books include, Love Roll Lifetime, and The Evolution of Skating Vol. 3. She is a featured writer for online international magazine, Off the Bench.    

Pamela Biragbara

Paula M. Farmer

Pamela Biragbara is a former Allstate manager with more than 25 years of experience hiring, developing and promoting leaders. Her passion for individual and organizational development led to the creation of her own business devoted to executive coaching and organizational change.

In addition to an M.S. in Positive Organizational Development, Change Management, Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry from Case Western Reserve University, Pam has added certificates in Hogan and Good Leadership assessments as well as a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Whether in her role as an insurance licensing instructor, with a 98% pass rate, or helping an organization achieve 100% improvement in customer service ratings, or helping current clients experience promotions and improvements in job performance, her commitment to helping others succeed at the individual and organizational level continues. The experience of being a single parent that raised a successful college educated daughter, also fuels her passion for helping women and people in underserved communities thrive.

Paula M. Farmer, also known as The Bounce Back Coach, founder and CEO of pmfaith & Associates, Inc., brings more than 25 years of experience in human resource consulting, personal & organizational development, leadership and executive coaching, and speaking.

Her work spans across a client base that includes corporate, nonprofits, small businesses, colleges, universities, and faith-based organizations. She works exclusively one-on-one with clients and maximizes the power of coaching and mentoring to help them become more self-aware on a deeper level, heighten their level of authenticity, and forge courageous decisions. Paula’s coaching clients are supported in creating growth goals, parlaying “DB” core values, heightening self-awareness, clarifying value proposition, leveraging personal power, influence, and impact, and overcoming limiting beliefs on a personal, professional, educational, or spiritual level.
