My journey in empowering women began in 2013 when I saw how systemic barriers hold women back—especially those with the fewest resources. As a former teenage mom, wife, and survivor of domestic violence, I know firsthand how life’s challenges can shape your path.

In 2019, I started small coaching sessions with professional women, which grew into the T Time Foundation by 2021. Our mission is to provide coaching and mentorship to women survivors, helping them move beyond recovery and into leadership.

Now, we’re expanding with MINT—a mentorship program launching in January 2025 for teenage girls at a Nashville high school. MINT will equip young women with the confidence, tools, and community to thrive as future leaders.

My greatest inspiration? My daughter, JaTorria—our Director of Development—who continues to help carry this mission forward.
